At Kem Kare Supported Living, we provide Person-Centred Support and promote greater independence.Our aim is to deliver first class quality care and support to adults with learning disabilities, challenging behaviour and communication difficulties as continuation, Mental Health and clients with Dual Diagnosis .

Kemkare has a range of flexible services including:

Work within legal frame work such as Mental Capacity Act 2005, Human Rights 1998, Care Act 2014, Mental Health Act 1983 Amended 2007 and General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) 2018

Based on individual’s strength, capability care and support needs we are able to signpost and place individuals in appropriate service through our flexibile step up and step down programme .

We utilise personalised care/support plans to promote independence as well as manage risks.

Our multi-disciplinary team work within the community and pride themselves on respecting the needs, rights, choices of all individuals and encouraging independence. Kem Kare Supported Living starts from the principle that people with learning disabilities have the same fundamental rights as anyone else in society, which includes the right to develop and make informed choices about their lives. We actively promote equality and diversity within our company, both in our staff and the care and support we give others.
