We support them in living as independently as possible, empowering people to connect and grow as part of the community they live in

Within Kemkare service provision philosophy is partnership working, in line with our values and how we work above. The provision of service is offered according to what our service users have said matters to them.

Our service use the multidisciplinary principle in holistic service delivery. We maintain a close working relationship with Local Authority, Commissioners, families, advocacy services, care co-ordinators in secondary services, care managers in social care, day centre, speech and language therapist, housing department, educational, spiritual establishments, psychologists, community learning disability nurses, charities such as The National Autistic Society, British Institute of Learning Disabilities, MIND; Mencap and so on. This enables staff to support people we work with to maximise their potential and meet their individual aspirations.
